The Salvador solution

Salvador is the easy-to-use Payroll and Human Resource Management solution, specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses in Mozambique. It replaces manually processed Excel spreadsheets without the added complexity, and costs, of off-the-shelf international Accounting software.

Salvador auto-calculates Mozambique-specific contributions for INSS and IRPS and complies with the labour laws of Mozambique.

It handles your company’s Payroll and Human Resource Management, including administration and printing of monthly salary calculations, bonuses, days absent, sick days, leave, advance payments, loans, printing of overviews and pay slips.

Salvador is browser-based. This means that it can be accessed from anywhere in the world, from any desktop computer, mobile phone or tablet with a Web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed on your device and it doesn’t matter what operating system you have. Simple.

Each user logs in with a unique Salvador username and password. Full change logging enables in depth tracking and security control. All connections are automatically encrypted via the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to ensure your data is safe and secure whilst being transferred between your device and the Salvador server. We take periodic backups of your data to a separate remote backup server.

At any time you can export your data into spreadsheet format for offline use.

Salvador is so easy to use that it is embraced by even the most technologically challenged users. Its simple and intuitive user interface was designed with and for Mozambican companies and our own team of information analysts, some of whom bring in well over 15 years of experience in data management and software development. Salvador allows for customised settings and terminology, without complicated menu structures, setup configurations, codes and categories. We like to keep things simple.

Salvador’s core consists of a single centralised database. The advantages of a centralised database are numerous. No longer will important files be lost as a result of a stolen laptop or a crashed hard drive. No longer will information become unavailable when the responsible person is on leave or leaves the company altogether. No longer can there be confusion about which file contains the latest version. No longer will there be duplicate copies that need to be kept in sync. All these problems belong to the past with Salvador.

Salvador is license based. The affordable monthly license fee includes ongoing updates and support. There are no added costs for configuration and data import, for extra user accounts, for off-site backups nor for the use of individual modules, only an ‘all-in’ license fee.

With our software being developed by our own team only, we have a strong cohesive foundation to build upon and customisations can be made specifically for your company at an added cost. Training on-site can be arranged.
